Composite pipe undercoated by plastics for

water-supply, it include two types, they are Composite

pipe undercoated by plastics for cool water-supply and

Composite pipe undercoated by plastics for hot

water-supply. Which materials all can meet the

requirement of the National standard GB/T 17219

(the Safety Standard of drinking water distribution

equipments and materials), the undercoated material

is harmless and nonpoisonous, it’s anticorrosion for

long-term utilizing. This products with the

characteristics of hardness like metal pipe, deformation

resistance, heat resistance and pressure resistance,

simultaneity, it with the characteristics like plastic pipe

as follows: anticorrosion, less solid fouling, clean &

poison-free, good heat preservation and long-life.

Undercoated materials: polyethylene(PE) or polypropylene

The color the undercoated layer: white or red

The thickness of the undercoated layer: 1.2mm—2.5mm

Outer coated type: outer galvanization .

Specification: DN15—DN200

Operating temperature : for cool water distribution ≤60℃

Operating temperature : for cool water distribution ≤95℃

Normal pressure: 0.1Mpa—2.5Mpa
